When you book a consultation, enroll in a course, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any background details you choose to share. Our AI Resume Builder processes the details you enter locally in your browser; we do not store your resume content on our servers.
We use your information to schedule and deliver consultations and courses, respond to enquiries, send service updates, and improve our offerings. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Payments are processed by our payment partner (e.g., Razorpay). We never see or store your card numbers, UPI credentials, or banking details — these are handled entirely on the payment partner's PCI-DSS compliant systems.
We use browser storage to remember preferences such as your selected currency. We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site through session recordings, heatmaps, and usage insights. Clarity masks form controls and sensitive content by default. Microsoft may process technical usage data on our behalf; see Microsoft's Privacy Statement for details.
